Anxiety, depression, divorce, single parenting, carer of a child with additional needs, and being a highly sensitive person has provided me with insight into the many challenges one encounters on this journey of life. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding, and to provide a safe, non judgemental space for you to share your story. With my experience and training in holistic counselling I can provide you with the tools and methods you need in order to believe in yourself, heal, find you who truly are and achieve your goals.

I have over 15 years experience in massage therapy, health and wellness coaching, life coaching, bush flower essences, essential oils and low tox living. I love learning about the mind and spirituality. My passion is helping women learn simple self care practices and stress management techniques to improve not only their wellbeing, but that of their family too.
