Are you struggling with stress, anxiety, mid life changes? I focus on helping women manage stress, anxiety, remove limiting beliefs that are holding them back, life skills and in becoming aware of their inner strengths.
I offer holistic person centred counselling including relaxation skills, life stages counselling, motivational counselling as well as a number of holistic tools used for self discovery and growth. These include EFT (tapping), flower essences, numerology, tarot, colour therapy and energy healing. I have over 15 years experience in natural therapies starting with massage therapy, through to health and wellness coaching , Reiki, EFT (tapping), bush flower essences, essential oils and low tox living. My passion is helping women learn simple self care practises and stress management skills to improve not only their wellbeing, but that of their family too.

Holistic counselling is a contemporary approach to counselling, focusing on a person as a whole. It considers physiological and psychological disorders as parts of a great whole, ie. looks at the mind, body and spirit and how they are connected. My aim is to empower you to find your own inner resources to heal, and I use many contemporary tools to do this. Holistic counselling looks deeper at the underlying causes of the problem, and we look at your total wellbeing, rather than traditional counselling which focuses on the mind part of a person, only considering treating the psychological problem.
I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
You will learn to managing daily stresses, fears and anxiety, and how to avoid burnout. Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through online counseling and treatment, we will help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life. I provide a safe, non judgemental space for you to share your story. With my experience and training I can provide you with the tools and methods you need in order to believe in yourself, heal, find you who truly and achieve your goals.
