At Your Second Bloom, I help women navigate the transitions of midlife with clarity, calm, and confidence.
Through a gentle blend of holistic counselling and coaching, I offer a space to be heard, understood, and supported β and to rediscover the parts of yourself you may have set aside along the way.

My approach combines understanding and action β listening deeply to whatβs going on underneath, then guiding you toward practical changes that bring peace and fulfillment.
Holistic counselling is a contemporary approach to counselling, focusing on a person as a whole. It considers physiological and psychological disorders as parts of a great whole, ie. looks at the mind, body and spirit and how they are connected. My aim is to empower you to find your own inner resources to heal, and I use many contemporary tools to do this. Holistic counselling looks deeper at the underlying causes of the problem, and we look at your total wellbeing, rather than traditional counselling which focuses on the mind part of a person, only considering treating the psychological problem.
Because this space feels different. Thereβs no judgement here β just understanding, warmth, and gentle encouragement. Youβll be supported to untangle whatβs been holding you back and find your next steps forward, at your own pace.

You will learn to managing daily stresses, fears and anxiety, and how to avoid burnout. Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through online counselling and coaching, we will help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life. I provide a safe, non judgemental space for you to share your story. With my experience and training I can provide you with the tools and methods you need in order to believe in yourself, heal, find you who truly and achieve your goals.
